Of the Fall of Man:
We believe that man, the person of the first Adam, was created in innocence in the image of God. By voluntary transgression Adam fell into sin, thus plunging the whole race into condemnation and death, so that now all mankind is born in sin and shapen in iniquity. Men become practical sinners with the first expression of personal choice, not by constraint, but by choice, and so are without excuse before God. (Genesis 3; Psalm 51:5; John 3:18; Romans 5:8-19; Revelation 20:11-15)
